Weekly: $301.00 plus sales tax

Reservations are recommended
- Due to our efforts to accommodate the various size units and lengths of stay, any deposit received towards a space within the Valley of the Sun RV Park doesn't guarantee a specific site number for short term or seasonal reservations.
- Reservation for the 2022/2023 winter season starting November 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023 requires a $250 deposit. Cancellation on deposits up to September 1st will receive a refund minus $50 cancellation fee. After September 1st no refunds will be issued.
- Rents are to be paid in full on the due date or arrival date.
- No refunds on unused rent, no pro-rating or subleasing of sites.
- The unused, paid portions of any site rent may not be gifted, willed, or transferred for the use of anyone other than the registered guest of said site.
- 2 Pet Maximum – No Aggressive Breeds – 40lbs maximum.

- All units are subject to management approval
- All prospective tenants are expected to abide by our RV Rules & Regulations
