Daily Rate: $58.00 plus sales tax

Good Sam/Veterans/AAA: $52.20 plus sales tax

Weekly: $406.00 plus sales tax

Good Sam/Veterans/AAA: $365.40 plus sales tax

Monthly: $634.00 plus electric

Pull thru extra $5.00 a day / or $60.00 a month

** Good Sam Members / Veterans / AAA Members / receive a 10% discount on daily and weekly rates only. Not valid for Monthly Rates.

All Deposits and Rents are Non-Refundable

• Due to our efforts to accommodate the various size units and lengths of stay, any deposit received towards a space within the Valley of the Sun RV Park doesn't guarantee a specific site number for short term or seasonal reservations.
• Annual sites are guaranteed a specific site.
• Rents are to be paid in full on the due date or arrival date.
• No refunds on early departure, unused rent, no pro-rating or subleasing of sites.
• The unused, paid portions of any site rent may not be gifted, willed, or transferred for the use of anyone other than the registered guest of said site.
• We do not provide cable service.

Pets: 2 Pet Maximum - NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS - 100lb Maximum

• We ask that you register your breed of dog when you arrive.
• Pets must always be on a leash with the owner when outdoors. Arizona Leash Law prohibits pets left unattended or tied-up outside while you are not present. In other words, if you are not outside with your pets, they should not be outside. Leashes cannot be longer than 6ft.
• Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse, recreation area, swimming pool area, office, common area, laundry room, billiards room, bocce ball court, etc.
• Pets must not be permitted to enter other sites without prior approval from site residents.
• Only pets belonging to registered campers are allowed. Visitors/Guests are not permitted to bring pets onto the property.
• Pet fencing and/or pens are not permitted on the site. Please inquire in the office with any concerns or questions.
• Guests are responsible for immediately picking up after the pet. Sites must always remain clear of pet feces.
• Remember, cats are pets too, and the rules apply to them. They are not to be let out to run loose.
• Do not allow pets to dig at your site.
• No pets are allowed at food functions.
• No livestock, poultry, reptiles, or insects of any kind shall be kept on any site.
• No dangerous, aggressive, or poisonous pets of any kind are permitted.
• Pets should not be an annoyance (barking continually), or a danger to other occupants or visitors of the RV Park. Pets that exhibit barking, growling, or aggressive behavior may be removed.
• A service animal is a dog trained to do work or tasks directly related to a person's disability, such as guiding, alerting, or pulling a wheelchair.
• Management reserves the right of non-renewal of the site rental for any violation of the pet rules or if the pet has been deemed an annoyance or danger.
• Management reserves the right to reject any pet.
• The RV Park shall have no liability to guests or family members for any damage or injury to persons or property caused by any pet.
