2011 / 2012 Rates

2011 Summer Rates

The 2011 pull through summer rate will be $24.75 per night, $148.50 per week, and $495 per month plus sales/stadium tax.

The 2011 summer rates are $330 per month plus sales/stadium tax and electric.

Storage for the 2011 summer months is $60 per month.

2011/2012 Seasonal Rates

The monthly rates for the 2011/2012 season, starting in November 2011, through April 2012, will be $420 per month, plus stadium tax and electric.

The three (3) month rate will be ($1,115) ($380.00 per month), paid in advance plus stadium tax and electric.

The six (6) month rate will be ($2,070) ($345.00 per month), paid in advance plus stadium tax and electric.

The annual rate is ($3,420) ($285 per month), paid in advance plus stadium tax and electric.

The pull through rate will be $29.50 per night, $177 per week, and $575 per month plus sales/stadium tax.

Storage for the 2011/2012 summer months is $60 per month.

Reservations are recommended

Reservation for the winter season requires a $250 deposit. Cancellation on monthly deposit up to November 1st will receive a refund minus $50 cancellation fee. After November 1st no refund will be issued.

Rents are to be paid in full on the due date or arrival date. The three and six month, and annual discounts must be paid in full in advance to receive the discounts.
